Medusa
This one was born from experimenting with hoops. The end result made me think of snakes, but in a different way than the Asp does. The Medusa is wild, with many minds of their own, and yet, there is a unity and harmony to the whole piece. It has a distinct Art Deco flare that gives it a sense of timelessness.
A central spiral winds itself to a bend, then leads into a hoop, bends again, then kicks outward to finish up in another spiral. To add security and texture to the design, I wrapped fine gauge copper wire around where the two bends meet. Here's a close up of the detail.
Currently, this item is unavailable. I posted it as an example. I do plan on having similar necklaces to offer in the near future, though.
